Who are we?
We are an innovative new company built by photographers, for photographers. The Signature Collection was created to provide you with lush, high-end albums that will dazzle brides and, more importantly, sell your packages
How do I get started?
Under “Log in”, select “Register”, fill out the form and we’ll get to work on approving you as a client. Once approved, simply go to our Album Builder and begin making selections. We only work with professional photographers and do not sell directly to consumers. This ensures you are offering your clients a truly unique product and service.
What is the Album Builder?
This is an innovative tool that walks you through the creative process, updating your options and cost as you go. There’s no simpler way to create an album.
What kind of paper do you use?
We use Fuji PD paper – a true pro quality paper.
Where are the album made?
Our albums are made right here in the USA! Something we take great pride in and something that should matter to your business. When you have questions or something goes wrong, we can walk right out to the product floor to get answers. We are always a phone call away.

There are a ton of products on the market to color correct your files. We do not offer color profiles. Submit your files using the sRGB color space at 300dpi.

//Ordering Process
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MC, Visa and American Express.
How are your albums packaged/shipped?
Our albums are packaged with extreme care to ensure no damage occurs during the shipping process. The albums are boxed in a high quality black box and ready to be placed in your clients hands once they arrive.
Do you ship directly to the customer?
Yes, shipping to the client is possible, however, we recommend shipping to your studio to ensure the album was not damaged in shipping and that you are placing a pristine product in your clients hands.
What is your turn around time?
Depending on the time of year, your album will be ready in 4-5 weeks. We will keep you updated on the status of your album if we are experiencing any production issues or delays.
What’s your return policy?
There are no returns allowed. Once your album has entered production, there is no way for us to refund your money.
Do you ship outside of the US?
-We do not currently ship outside the US. However, due to our recent Creative Live appearance, we are working diligently towards international shipping. We expect to have a solution by end of year.
How do I submit my order?
Submitting your order is easy. Before you enter the Album Builder, ensure that you have designed your albums using our free sizing templates. Then, compress all the spreads into a zip file. Then, using the Album Builder, you will be able to submit your zip file at the end of the order. If you need to mail your dvd, just let us know via email to expect your files via the mail using the contact information.
What are your file specs?
All files MUST be sRGB format with at least 300 DPI in a .jpg format. All image files need to be color corrected and ready for printing. You should also follow a standard sequence numbering of your layout to avoid any confusion (i.e., SC00, SC01, SC02, SC03 etc.).
What is the album trim size?
We try to trim as little as possible. Allow a safety margin of 3/8in around the outside edge.
//General
Is there a discount for sample albums?
Yes, we offer each client a 25% discount on 2 albums per year. These can be used for sample albums or client orders. We do not stamp sample in your album.
Is the leather genuine, or imitation?
-There is no imitation leather used on any of our albums. They are all 100% genuine leather.
What is a “spread”?
A spread is the combination of two pages that form one continuous area for images when the album is opened. The only exceptions typically are the first and last pages, where there are no images on the inside of the front and back covers, respectively. For instance, a 20 page album would have 10 spreads.
Where does the first page/spread start?
When designing and ordering your album, you have the option of starting with a single page on the right or a spread starting on the left. The choice is yours and part of your design decision.
